Orders By Mail or Fax
- Please use our order form or send us a letter including your form of
payment and the necessary information to process your complete order.
- Don't forget to write down all the requested information.
- Shipping and handling charges must be included.
- For International orders you must email or call for a quote.
- We accept personal or company checks only when imprinted with the
name, address, phone # (please write down drivers license # and issuing
state), money orders, cashiers checks, bank drafts and MasterCard or
Visa.
- We do not accept checks from outside the continental United States. You
must send a Cashiers check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH.
- C.O.D. orders are NOT accepted.
- No postage stamps.
- Be sure to include the shipping and handling charges and sales tax if
shipped to an Illinois address.
Shipping
- All orders are sent by United Parcel Service ground.
- Overnight delivery is available for an extra charge.
- Some items are no large or heavy UPS to ship. Please contact us by
email or phone, so that we may suggest methods of shipping.
- For large item such as trucks, we have a semi tractor trailer available for
shipping.
